Scott does not list (nor value) these as separate issues, but as a footnote to #C284b and C285b. Here is the catalog listing. (This is from my digital Scott catalog of 2008, as I am not home right now. I can't check to see if a newer edition might list them, now.)
I just checked the Scott 2017 (the latest I have handy) and what Ted posted is still accurate. They provide no value in the footnote for the overprinted stamps.
The only difference in the values in the listing is that the minimum catalog value of $0.20 has been updated to $0.25 for the C284 used.
But wait, there's more ...
I decided to check in Stanley Gibbons and Michel to see if they might be listed and priced in there.
The only SG I have that includes Lebanon is the "Stamps of the World", and it's quite simplified, so there's no listing there. However, someone else may be able to check in a more detailed catalog and see what they say.
However, I do have a volume of Michel that covers Lebanon (Michel Naher Osten 2013), and am happy to report that the overprints are listed. To give you a sense of the relative difference in catalog values, first, here's the listing of the original, un-overprinted stamps:
You'll see in the footnote that it refers to a subsequent listing for the overprints ("mit Aufdruck"), and that's here:
In my experience, most stamps actually sell at quite a small percentage of Michel cv (I'm sure people here can weigh in on that), but the multiple or relative value of the overprinted stamps is helpful to know, imo. (Michel prices are in Euro, by the way.)
So, it may be worth hanging on to those and not putting them in the "discard" box.
Yhank you very much for your help and the information you find for me !!!
I put them in the auctions !
See you soon and have a good day !
