I don’t use Outlook, but I’ve seen similar messages and had my screen become locked. I always assume that the message is correct and I skedaddle by immediately restarting my computer.
No problems with my Outlook.
That red screen is Google Chrome's inbuilt 'malware website' protection...
The most likely option is that you made a typo with website address (a lot of harmful websites use addresses similar to original one).
Alternatively there was some hick-up with Google's realtime malware service. Sometimes it can blacklist valid websites due to human error etc.

Happened to me today too. I thought it odd since I had never seen that screen.
I get daily pestering to by a Lyft driver. No, I would never do that! So I hit the "Unsubscribe" link and was told it was a phishing site. Oh well.
I get those Lyft things in my junk mail every day. what I m really getting are pitches for Cannabis stuff. 'Relax with Cannabis Gummies'. 'The Miracle of GBD oil' and so on. My wife sort of likes to buy stuff from alternative health outfits and I think that's how they got our email.
I've told couple of the more aggressive senders of this stuff that this stuff is still illegal where we live and to get lost.
Anyone else running into this issue today when accessing your mail on Outlook? I get a big red screen without the option of continuing.
What's going on?
