hello all. when putting a queen Victoria stamp in the new Zealand album, found this advert on the back, don't know when it was put there, regards ken.

Now you have to decide whether to put the hinge
on the face of the stamp or on the obverse
!!!

That's a good idea, but if you put it so the face is displayed ,
the advertising will be upside down when someone flips it up
to read the wording of the advert.
Here is my Solomonesque solution;
I hinge the five or ten examples from the side, (usually left,
close to the binding. That might work if the crystal clear mounts
would not be open to the bottom.
