Have you noticed that the overprint is inverted, plus there is an inverted "A" being used in place of the "V" in "Centavo"? I don't think the seller is pointing out the perforations, so much as the "freak" text above the bottom (actually the top) perforations. The "freak" is actually an error.
I have seen a seller describe this stamp with what looks like a piece missing out of the bottom as "Used with freak bottom row perforations" what do other members think about this description as to the bottom perfs?
