An Oppelo Post Office was open in Perry County from 1867 until 1878 and carries a rarity factor of 7 in Helbock. Also existed in Conway County between 1880 and 1913 with a rarity factor of 4.
That is a very nice cover, particularly with the 10 cent rate.
For value search Ebay for rarity factor 4.

This is kind of a neat registered ad cover from Opello? Arkansas. I don't have a listing for this town. It must be a DPO, but it is not in my listing. There could be part of the name missing, but the strike is pretty good. I would like help identifying and finding the scarcity of it.
