As a collector of pictorial cancels, when did the Postal Bulletin start listing the pictorial cancels that were available?

re: Postal Bulletin

If you do not get an easy answer, you can always try searching the PB database:

http://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/ ... my notes say searchable (one-by-one) from 2001/+

http://lcpshome.org/links/links-postal-bulletins.htm ... my notes say Lake County Philatelic Society ... US Postal Bulletins from 19950101 ... PDFs

http://www.uspostalbulletins.com/ ... my notes say US Postal Bulletins 1880-1971 ... digitized & searchable online

http://sossi.org/postmark/uscancels.htm ... DIY! ... USPS Special Event Pictorial Cancellations ... Designing and Obtaining

http://about.usps.com/publications/pub186/ ... Celebrating with Pictorial Postmarks … Jan 2007 … USPS Publication 186

Good hunting!

Cheers,

re: Postal Bulletin

As far as I can determine, the Postal Bulletin of July 22, 1993 was the first to list the available pictorial cancels available.
