Surcharged GREECE : Please could you give me country, year and Scott numbers ?

1915, North Epirus. Not listed in Scott.
By the way the stamp is not surcharged but simply overprinted, most probably with N. Epirus. Surcharges are those overprints that change the value of a stamp.

Theses are listed in both Scott and SG under "Epirus".
Scott #N23-N27 / SG 76-80 assuming they're the litho versions.
