Hi Horamakhet

It's the first plate I have in the decimal navigator series, they are not easy to find, I was lucky to get this one, it has a very prominent "3".

Is there a visible difference in the stamps or
is the plate number singularly determinant ?

Hi cdj1122

There is nothing significant about the stamps, singularly they can still be used on today's postage, it's the plate number that is important, with that plate number this block of 4 has a market value of $300.
