This very attractive sheet is not catalogued by Scott. I see many of them offered on ebay, typically around £8-£10, but some up to £25. I see only one sale in the last three months, at US$3.99, with one bid.
Do an ebay search for "Luxembourg sheet 1945" to see them and click on "Sold items" in the left hand menu to see actual transactions.

Michel doesn't list it either.
The imprint on the lower left says something like "Gift of the Friends of the Postage Stamp to the poor of the city of Luxembourg". If the stamp in the sheet is not in the catalog, it is likely a charity label. Also, if it were a postage stamp, it would probably have been cancelled by the postmark applied to the two definitive stamps as well.
Hi I acquired this and many other issues recently and I know this is from Luxembourg 1945 and it commemorates something but not quite sure what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
