That looks like a great machine that places stamps on FDCs! I could've used that back in the day when I processed 500-2,000 first day covers per US stamp issue!
I just received this cover from a friend and have no idea where to place these, Cinderellas? At the bottom right is says "Questa" so I think they are from Great Britain.
