Recently I received, without any explications, two stamps issued in Spain.
I have no idea how to identify them. Are they shown in Scott?
Any help will be appreciated. Virgil

They are not listed in Scott. They are known as "Frama Labels", or "Variable Value Stamps", somewhat like meters or computer vended postage.
