Hi Oldpaul,

This appears to be an Chinese (ROC) military field post stamp (SG M754 from 1945) overprinted for use in the North-Eastern Provinces (SG M12 or M13 of 1946-48 depending on the length of the overprint).

This is Scott Northeastern Provinces #M2, i.e. SG M12 of 1946.
