Somewhere I have a couple of H flaws as well, but not sure what box there in.

The only flaw shown in the ACSC is the right-hand vertical bars showing the "H" variety, this variety is located on sheet C row 4, second stamp (16/2).
The variety you have is in the same location, it is a progression of the "H" flaw, there is most likely others in similar progressive states leading up to the "H" variety.

This is probably a fairly common variety, but as it is in an MNH imprint block of four I thought I would share it
1st stamp top row, extreme right, the bars, just above 31/2d are joined.
