I have been researching the Tasmanian Pictorials for some years with the intention of producing plating guides, some are now available through the Tasmanian Philatelic Society (http://www.tps.org.au/references-2/1d-pictorial-typo-flaws/) or direct from me via dropbox. (Note: they are large PDF files):

1d electrotype, plates 1 & 2,

1d electrotype, plates 3 & 4 (two files,)

1d electrotype, plates 3 & 4,

2d electrotype (stereo prints). plates 1 & 2,

The 2d electrotype plates 1 & 2.

These files are all available at NO COST. They are set in a similar format to many of the KGV guides with a section to identify flaws and a second section giving details for each plated position re other flaws, state etc.

Also available is the ½d litho plates in issue 62 Dec 2018 of the Tasmanian Societies Courier magazine. This includes platings for all 120 positions.

I will post here any updates or new documents as they are issued.
