One of my favourite stamps from my family collection

It has an inverted watermark, and on the left had value frame, there is a variety as well, looks like a crescent moon, as well as being perfed OS

looks like a lipstick kiss, behind George's head as well, slightly on the diagonal.

Now what I would like to know is what type of perfs are they, Single line or comb?..

The Watermark is Single watermark type two (ACSC)
