This looks like a retouch where the arrow is pointing, it looks like a top of a key. The other stamps that I put up don't have this and the dot in the middle someone's put it there. The tree trunk line isn't there also

The area you are showing is not a retouch but part of the tree design. Above is an image of a regular stamp showing the same, assuming that is what you are referring to.
Ink left on the doctor blade constantly leave blots, some small, some quite large, the majority of the small ink blots are too many to be of any value, in all cases, all varieties generate interest in philately.
The "man with tail" was caused by a crack in the plate, and the "koala in tree" a major ink flaw most likely caused by the doctor blade.

If you look on the picture you put up you can't see this what the blue pen is pointing at. I know with your picture it is part of the tree but this one has straight lines and is more rounded at top like someone added something. You can't see it with your picture but with this one you can

Hi Pooh
These stamps were made by the old Rotary Press printing.The Rotary Press utilised a revolving rotary cylinder that printed onto a continuous roll of paper that was fed through the press.
The Rotary Press transferred the design of the engraved master dies to a soft metal printing plate. However, the plate for the Rotary Press was then stretched to fit around the "curved" rotary cylinder. This plate stretching caused the Rotary Press stamps to be slightly longer or wider.
This can cause different sizes in the smaller details. Although your image is too small for me to see what you are referring to, I will assume it is the little image on the right of the marine's outstretched arm.
The Rotary Press can cause various minor varieties, in the early period of King George VI one will find numerous varieties in the low face valued stamps.
