Hello again. This looks like Austria #15, type A7 perf 14, but that issue is brown. This one appears to be red or orange, and seems to have been cancelled twice - Once with red, and once with black. Any information would be appreciated.

Colored cancels can trick one into seeing a different stamp color. I would say that it is brown, or a shade of it. If the stamp is not perf 14, then it is a reprint.
