Hi Horamakhet
There is a marketable value behind those stamps and to find multiple joined stamps such as the 1d reds are scarce; it seems that all are from registered mail.
I like the 9d stamp, they were printed between 1903-05.
Rob
Hi Rob
There are another two strips of five of the 1d reds, and three strips of three, and four strips of two.

Keeping the complete CDS is reason enough to keep a stamp on paper ... though one does want to keep an eye out for changes in the paper that will some day damage the stamp ... which is another good reason to drag your stamps out to look at them every now & then.

Hi IkeyPikey
Very sound advice, not only that, some of the older paper actually becomes brittle over the years as well,

Hi all
I did not want to detract from Rob's magnificent examples, so I have posted these stamps that are on piece, separately.
They are toO nice to remove from the paper.
It is only a small sample of Queensland stamps on piece that are in the collection of State stamps that I purchased.
