A few miles from my house, Flat Rock NC Post Office (now a retail store).

I now live in Black Point NS and when I moved here in 1981 the local post office was run by "Murray and Flora" form their house next door. We used to gather there in the morning to chat - every community had it's own post office and they were great for the sense of community. When the post office closed (late 1980s I think) they gave me the original Black Point post office sign (black and red enamel). There's a community center in nearby Hubbards - I'll make sure they get it when I'm no longer around to appreciate it. It's a great part of local history! I wonder if anyone will ever collect antique super mail boxes.

Q/ Are those postcards hanging from that open door? Greeting cards?

Not a post office, but something different that I spotted in Nashville in 2003.
The famous McNeil, Texas, Post Office.
In response to ikeyPikey.
When we visited there they were displaying and selling Post Cards showing the P.O. with a canceled ALOHA SHIRT stamp affixed. I seem to recall that they were $5 ea.
The nearby camp ground that we stayed at was the only camp ground we ever encountered with a "mosquito meter" that read "Run like Hell". I had never before seen black clouds of mosquitoes like you see in cartoons. Evidently, they were not allowed to spray for them.
This P.O. is located south of Naples, FL, in the Everglades.
This is a post office on Floreana Island in the Galapagos. Originally, pirates and whalers would leave messages here to be carried by later ships to their destination. Now it is mostly used by passing cruise ships.
This was the Greenville, Michigan Post Office in the 40's;
...and here it is today;
Hasn't changed much in 70 years.
Not fancy, but took this when I was here last year.
Taken on our trip to the UK in 2012 The Temporary Post Office in Bridgwater Somerset .

PS and they didn't have any commemorative stamps rather disappointing as I was able to get some at a little village post office????
Absolutely in the middle of nowhere. But right off Route 80.
Here is my local PO, at Franklin, Manitoba. The postmistress lives in the house at the right. Open mornings only for the sale of stamps etc but coffee is a dollar and usually there are cookies (biscuits). The front door is usually unlocked so we can collect our post from the mail boxes.
There is nothing left of this PO today:
Attached to Bill's Dining Room?
I think that's the rear end of a 1935 Ford.
Was located about 150 miles West of where I live, Bills Place PO was founded by Bill Wakefield. Apparently, his wife was postmaster at the time the letter was posted, about 10 years before the PO was discontinued, in 1953.

I have thought about building a collection of the ‘smallest post offices’; it seems like every state in the union has a post office which makes this claim.
The Ochopee FL Post Office (shown above by 1938324 ) is most often mentioned and is 7x8 feet.
Bills Place PA post office (as shown by PigDoc above) beats this size at 6x8 feet.
Wheeler Springs CA also made the claim as smallest and was 5’9”x7’5”. Here is a postcard and cancel that I own.
There is very small PO close to my house here in western NC... Grimshawes (near Cashiers). It operated from 1878 until 1953 and is 5x6 foot. The original building still exists as a tourist attraction.
Here is a Grimshawes NC cover that I own.

This is not a small post office but my husband actually stopped the car because he thought the name was funny.
