Hello,

Could you please let me know if the left stamp without the top perforation is an error stamp.
Right is the perforated one.
A 2015 Indian stamp.

You will first need to find out how the stamp was printed. If the edges of the panes were intentionally left with a straight edge, then no, but other factors will have to be investigated as well.

Being in India, you probably have better access to that information than others.

There is an e-bay listing with item #401633742561 that shows what looks like a full pane. It is fully perforated.
