Ever notice that many of the most information dense Philatelic sites are German? Heck, some of the best Irish Philatelic writers are German - example- Hibernian is actually a German publication. OTTO Jung was the rock star of many areas of Irish philately and, of course, in my humble opinion, none of the major worldwide catalogs come close to Michels level. If only my German were a bit better!

I have a 1920's stamp ( Scott # 243 ) with a perfin reading G L B with the B under the G L - does anyone know what it stands for?
