Not a paper type, but rather a badly toned stamp. The question is why would one stamp be that toned and the other one not toned? Perhaps someone originally use a glue on the one stamp and the adhesive has caused the paper to tone and become acidic?
Clearly something either chemical or environmental has happened to the left hand stamp.

I never thought of the stamp being glued on,that must be it,I'll have a good look when it arrives.
I've just purchased this and have no idea what paper type this would be.
Like all of us I have seen many fake "bleached" stamps before but this one on cover looks legitimate, the paper must have turned the stamp from green to bluish over time.
Have any of you ever seen this before ?
