There are 2 dies of this stamp
You have Die I
This die wore out from use and many "flaws" exist
For these you will need a specialized catalog like Brusden-White
Thankyou, I have a book someone kindly gave to me, but since I'm still learning to use the book I just want to make sure I'm on the right track with this. I know there is many varieties with thiese stamps but could someone please tell me the emu with the white head and also the line above, could this be a crack? This will help me with looking up, I might be wrong it mightn't be a crack I could be looking up for something that isn't there.
Someone has given me a book to help me but I just want to make sure I'm on the right track which is why I joined this forum
1. The emu has a white head and neck, is that a crack above the emu's head??
2. Retouch above the King's head
3. Broken line under A of Postage
4. The A of RA doesn't look right
5. Part of border missing around Three Pence
Could someone also tell me why the # under the emu looks different to the 3 under the kangaroo??
