The wife ordered a Cooking book that was put in the mail on the
27th Feb in Toledo, Ohio. It got a cancellation Los Angeles 2 May. It was delivered
in Belleville, Ont on the 28 June.
That is what I call lightning speed !!
Oh, ship under publication.

I would say that it got hung up in US Customs in Los Angeles. That is beyond the post office's control.
