I believe it's a Saudi Arabian revenue Stamp (or Hejaz,Nejd) but have no idea of value or year of issue. I also believe it should be displayed vertically......left side at the bottom !!

Yes ! It is Syria, Arab Kingdom. SG#K84, no Scott# sorry. The triangular overprint reads "Syrian Arab Government". Surcharge on 5 Para Turkish Fiscal is 3/10th's of a Piastre. Vertical stamp (left side bottom).
In Gibbons, the stamp is shown under Cilicia as Type 7 (1920).

Curious the minimal value of this stamp...I understand that the use period was a few months.

Syrian Arabian Government (1919-1920) scott # 99.
Minimal Value (2016 Scott CV: $0.25 used, $0.35 M
The stamps issued by the brief Arabian Government (also called Arabian Kingdom) replace the EEF British Military Occupation stamps (Palestine #2-14) used before in the area. They are all Turkish stamps with overprints.
Faisal (bin Hussein bin Ali Al Hashemi) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faisal_I_of_Iraq wanted to create an imdepedent Arab State in the Middle east covering the whole Arabian penninsula. He was proclamed King of Syria in 1920, which led to the brief Franco-Syrian war ending in 1920 and resulting in Faisal's ejection from the country (he took refuge in London) and he was offered the throne of British held Iraq instead.

Although the listed catalog prices are not very high for many stamps (some are quite expensive), this does not reflect on the rarity and difficulty of getting them! A real challenge for any collector.

Thank you rrraphy for help and for your excelent studies (philatical,hystorical and geografical too).Event if is not my zone of interest I inherited stamps that I do not identified yet (2 or 3 overprints?,fiscal or postal?,Syrie or Liban?,emission year?).

All Fiscal or Postal Tax, except the blue stamp. Second row Syria. The rest are Lebanon.
I will give you a cat ref # to that one blue Syrian stamp when I have my reference book out tomorrow. It may be moderately valuable. I will check the others as well. More later.

George (gerom), the blue Syria stamp is Scott Catalog #RA5, and dates back to 1945. In my catalog, it is valued at $24 for used. (the catalog is at least 5 years old). I don't think it has changed much in value, but someone with a newer catalog can update the price.

Thank you,Ralph.I search too on net (Lebanon 1945) and I find on ebay stamps like my first on first row.It is referenced Stanley Gibbons #T289 (Lebanon 1945) with a good cote for MNH.I have 5 stamps but all are cancelled.

Most of these stamps are inexpensive used. This one is expensive M. They catalog at $350 or so I think, but at the prices quoted on ebay they are very unlikely to sell, in my opinion. Don't get Hypnotized by asking prices on ebay, as anyone can ask any price, but will people pay it? I have seen them used on Hipstamp as low as $0.50. and MNH under $100.
By the way, I missed it last time, but this stamp is Scott Catalog RA1. (My SCV is $350 M and $1.50 used). They are stamps issued in 1945 to benefit the Army. So they were very common. They were mandated and fixed to domestic letters I think, and they were in use until 1962, although I don't recall if they were mandated on all letters of this era.
Similar stamps were issued later on to benefit Palestinian refugees. Again, fairly common used, but rarer M (but not that pricey, except for RA10 M).
Similar surtax stamps were issued to benefit the 1956 Earthquake recovery efforts (issued in 1958) They consisted of several similar looking stamps that were mandated for inclusion on every domestic piece of mail and I don't recall how many years they were mandated. Again, huge quantities were issued and catalog values are low, for M and for used.

Thank you Ralph.My first interest is the catalog no.If I correct understand the first stamp is Scott#RA1 or SG#T289 and the second is Scott#RA10.I saw on a Stamporama offers that the sell prices are between 10-25% of catalogue cote.

The second stamp is RA2.
RA10 is the only one that has a roman numeral 5. It is not in your scan. Sorry about the confusion, I mentioned it only because it is the other one that has very high cat value (after RA1) in Mint form.
RA2 used SCV is $1.40 (M it is $17.50)
Incidentally, I made a mistake. The cutoff date in Scott for valuation of MNH is after 1948, so all quoted prices are for M stamps and MNH stamps probably fetch a premium. I edited previous comments to correct this mistake, referencing M and not MNH in pricing info.
