Minimal value - some 4 million were printed

You are scanning at a low resolution and blowing it up. Do it the other way. Scan at 300 dpi and reduce if necessary.

Ron, thanks for the help. Looked under Latvia but didn't look far enough. Not really concerned about value just want to place in proper place.
With my scanner, I have to figure out how to scan at a certain resolution. I use arfanview for my figure manipulation and just about have that figured out. My scanner is an HP Office Jet Pro 4 in 1 and still working on that.
