I have a friend who collects fountain pens and will be graduating from his PhD program later this month. I am wondering if anyone happens to know of any stamps featuring fountain pens that I could acquire and give him as a graduation present?

I have these 3 from Germany, issued 2005, 2004 and 2001. Just an idea, perhaps you could have some personalized stamps made with fountain pens.

re: Stamps Featuring Fountain Pens?

There are a few shown here - China issued 2017, Netherlands 1966 and 1993, Papua New Guinea 1967 (Higher education seems appropriate for your use)

Also, since 1960 Thailand has annually issued stamps for International Correspondence Week (later International Letter Writing Week), frequently featuring pens of one sort or another.

Poland issued a stamp in 2002 showing fountain pens, for World Post Day.

Thanks Dakota, Opa, and Jillcrow,

I would be interested in buying or trading for any of these stamps.

I have never created personalized stamps before. Is the process difficult?
