Not Hebrew.
Siamese features several letters that are the same shape as several Hebrew letters.
Best bet so far is Klingon.

My guess is that it's a Korean script.
It does not look like some block version of Klingon.

I'm putting a lot of faith in the over-line, which is (to my knowledge) only found in a few South Asian languages.
Thought its also got a certain right-to-left thing going ...

I found this, and think there are remarkable similarities. This is the socalled Square Kufic script, mostly used for ornamental writings. By no means an expert, so I have not got a clue what it actually says.
This will help
I believe it says something like There is no god like Allah??
Not good to chant at any political rallies

Well done, all ... Square Kufic it is.

Mysteries of Square Kufic Calligraphy (PDF) ... for King Pedero I in his palace Alcazar in Seville, Spain, in 1364 ... The geometric panel contained many crosses, which must have pleased the Christian patron, but was in fact composed of the phrase “There is no victor but God" ...

Mystery solved, amazing what combined minds can do but as someone named Victor does this mean I don't exist?
"I believe it says something like There is no god like Allah??"
sq forge thats outstanding!
Alphabet? Puzzle? Or, a made-up sign/prop from a SciFi movie?
Seen on the rear window of a car in traffic in Queens.
Not long ago, an intermediate (f/k/a junior high) school principal was being interviewed on the radio about the low test scores in her school. "Give me teachers in every subject who are TOESL certified, and we'll make progress. Students in my school alone speak exactly 114 different mother tongues at home."
So, forgive me if I have no idea what I was looking at.
Cheers,
