Hello Cyanvendor1
These issues have a lot of varieties
Try StampSmarter Website
Once you determine which one you can get the value or whatever from there
But for every valuable stamp variety there are 1000's that are NOT

Part of the fun of stamp collecting is identifying your stamps. The steps to IDing the Washington/Franklin is to first determine is the perforation gauge.
Here is a link with 'How Tos'
http://stampsmarter.com/learning/Home_HowTo.html
You will need a good perforation gauge, if you do not have one you can download a free one here
http://www.stampsmarter.com/learning/FormPerfGauge.html

I can tell by looking at your stamp that is perforated 11 by 10.5 and the bright green color also helps in identifying this particular stamp.
You can look up which variety it is here
