Hi arkaren
It looks to me to possibly be Stanley Gibbons 103, issued in 1861, but it looks like it has had the perforation trimmed off.
Check for a watermark, and if the watermark is ONE PENNY, then it is the 1861 with the perfs trimmed off

It very much does look like the perfs have been trimmed off the stamp.
If I am not mistaken it appears that the remainder of a perf is still visible at the bottom left.

You can also see perfs at the top.
The perfs were trimmed off.
Thank you for your responses. I checked the watermark and it is a double lined #1, so I guess it is Scott #69 1863 with perfs trimmed. Too bad, it sure messed up the value. Appreciate the responses though,
Karen
Can someone please help id this imperf from Victoria? I believe it to be the same design as the 1863 Scott #69, but I do not see where it was issued as an imperf in Scott. It is thin and appears to be a stamp, not a postal envelope. Thank you.
re: Victoria imperf can't find in Scott
