If anyone knows the country and Scott Catalogue number, please enlighten me. Thanks! They look to be from Nepal....and are upside down.

Both are Scott #10, I believe - 1899 issue.
Thanks Musicman: Will check it out!
That stamp is pictured in the illustrated stamp identifier in the back of every Scott catalog. Don't forget to learn to use the catalog as a tool. Like a hammer, once you learn how to use it, you'll be able to nail it.
OK! Next time I have a puzzler, I will look for it first in Scott Cat. identifier. After 65+ years of "stamping," 99% of the time, I know the country.

Recently, I've picked up two old imperforate similar stamps in box lots that I have no idea as to date of issue or identification.
If anyone knows the country and Scott Catalogue number, please enlighten me. Thanks!
