I recently acquired some "higher value" Machins. However, in cataloging same, I, and my colleagues, have been unable to identify this Pound 1.32 (yellow or bister colored) stamp in the 2020 Scott Catalogue. We either have poor vision, or it is just not in the catalogue, or both. HELP is neededImage Not Found!!!

re: Mystery Machin

Is it 1.32 or 1.33 the latter was issued in 2015.

re: Mystery Machin

I just looked at the decimals again, and this time with a Jeweler's Loupe. Although the PM conceals a portion of the third number, it does appear to be a Pound 1.33 stamp. I Do not have a current catalogue handy. Do you know the Scott # and value?

re: Mystery Machin

I don't have access to a recent Scott catalogue, but the denomination is £1.33. Details of the issue can be found at Robin Harris' Adminware Machin site; page https://www.adminware.ca/machin/m133.htm

Stanley Gibbons 2017 Concise catalogue number is #U2934a and value is stated at £3.25 for either mint or used.

The SG #U3094 cat value £3.50 UK mint or used. Do not have a Scott after 2014. But it probably will not be much different in value. They retail about £2.50-2.75.

Think we just muddied the waters.
If the code behind the head is MAIL then JTH is correct if it is MPIL then my details are correct, not sure from your scan which it is.
