It looks like one of the reprints to me (the dot in the left arm of the crown is a giveaway) but they were made from the original dies.

Thanks, Dave! What a coincidence - I was JUST reading that website! The color matches the 1892 reprint, don’t you agree?
Also the cancels from Wiborg and three other towns are mentioned in Facit as common forgeries.
