Well, at least I got to have a haircut in the Penny Lane barber shop.

Anyone happen to own one of these or know about this design's country and use? I suspect it's a postage due. The twirly horns make me think it's European. I can't find it in the back of my Scott catalog's identifier section. The size if roughly 3/4 x 1" (18 x 22mm)

It strikes me as odd that Scott's would bother putting an italicized "warning" on a 45-cent stamp. I see that all the used ones are in itals but not the unused ones.
