I mentioned visual wishlists on another thread and have received requests for more information, so here goes.

You can create a wishlist on Colnect - www.colnect.com. by simply clicking on “wish” beneath the picture of the stamp that you need. Once you enter your list, you can opt to display it as thumbnail pictures. If you trade with someone who uses a different catalog, no problem. Colnect also lists the catalog numbers for all the major catalogs Michel, Yvert, Stanley Gibbons and more. A system that mirrors Scott’s appear as SN numbers. They have not been licensed to use the Scott name.

Here is a sample of the visual wish list - a small portion of my wantlist for used Ireland. Note that you can specify perforation varieties like sides and corners from booklets. You can also specify if you seek mint or used and can add notes.

Please note that the resolution and sharpness of the pictures will be much better than the one above - I had to really compress it to be able to upload here.

On the right side of the screen there is a little square symbol. Click on that to alternate between list, thumbnail and normal views.
