Translation of key points: Wuhan initial quarantine response (drastic by our standards) was not enough. They ended up having to test anyone with symptoms relying more on x-rays as well as tests, as many tests failed. Then putting the 15% seriously ill in hospitals. Also the 85% with mild symptoms in stadiums. And anyone in contact with people who had the virus quarantined in hotels. Then they locked down the rest of the population while providing food at home delivery. This for 56 Million people in the province! Only then did the new cases drop and eventually after 8 weeks of new measures they have NO new cases!
Altogether figure 3 months for effectively licking the Wuhan infection.

In English, the key points:
1.Does confinement work? Yes, but plan for 1-1 1/2 months
2.How long, if confinement works, will it take: no one knows but possibly 1-1/2 months
3. What is the incubation time: 2-13 days to show symptoms. 14-17 days for your body to fight it ( but we dont know as we have not tested people). Count %7E1 month
4. Does it propagate in the air? Possibly, but we don’t know. Avoid groups in all confined spaces as measured contagion rate is very high.
5. How long can the virus stay active on surfaces? Probably several hours. Wash your hands!
6. How many live cases are there (in any one place). We dont know. We just see the tip of the iceberg. Many are asymptomatic.
7. What is the mortality rate? 1-3% but since we don’t know how many cases, we cannot tell
8. Are young people at risk. Yes, but the overall impact on young people is lower than older people and people with pre conditions.
9. Will warm weather kill the virus? We don’t know. Not all virus fade in warm weather. And we don’t know if it will return.
10. When will a vaccine be available. Probably a year or more and then it will take time to build up stock and distribute it worldwide
So what do we do????
Stay home
Dont congregate, especially in confined places
Help relieve pressure on emergency services. Help flatten the curve.

Wish there were similar widely circulated warnings from the medical profession (if there were, I did not see them)
