Q/ Was this to re-arm Egypt & Syria post-1973 ? Or ?

Actually, back in 2017, I believe, Scott reclassified the Bahrain stamp.
It is now listed as a postal tax stamp, Scott RA2 (perf 14.5), or RA2a (perf 14.5 x 13.5).
