Hi Rob,
It is very suttle, but interesting.
Here is an example of a Decimal self adhesive stamp with Her Majesty having a
"cold Sore " on Her lower lip.
I have seen a few others, including one where She has a large Pustule on her cheek, but I know longer have that one.
I also have some self adhesives where Sir Weary Dunlop has a runny nose, but I have to find where I have them stored.
Regards
Horamakhet
Hi Horamakhet
That is an interesting stamp, the others would be quite interesting as well.
Rob
Hi Rob
Still looking for the Weary Dunlop with the runny nose, but this one with spittle on his chin is all I can find at the moment.

Type B: Retouch to shading on Queen’s nose and eye. This scarce variety was first seen in November 1963; it is found in booklets from Edition 3/63.
