Could someone please tell me how to work out what type this stamp is?? I'm also trying to work out the perforations Thankyou

This part of the 4th Bureau issues stating 1922.

The first one was Scott 554 perf 11 flat plate.

Here is a bigger picture I'm stuck with the perforations, also how do you find out what type this stamp is. I don't have a magnifying glass but I have a paper gauge but I don't think the perforations are 10 Sorry this is crooked.
