The only standard sheets I could find are either 9 pocket designed for baseball cards (pocket is too small) or the 4 pocket postcard size. It would take 125 of then to hold 1000 102 cards which can be stuffed into a basic red box (800 with more comfort).
You can go cheap with the very thin BCW ones or the nicer, sturdier and more expensive ones from the normal philatelic supply sources. I lean towards Lindner at the moment but they all have their cheerleaders.
They are readily available for small size ring binders to hold 5.5" x 8.5" pages.
Single or double sided. Here is a shot of s binder with double sided pages:

I think I have seen them somewhere before, but maybe I was imagining it. Not having much luck with a general search.
