I found this in my “massive box of worldwide” stamps that I won the high bid on eBay. I know it is watermark #29. What I am not finding in my 2011 Scott catalogue is how to identify the plate numbers it lists under #67. Any help will be appreciated.

plate 11...see number just above last E in pence alonf the sides of stamp
