I liked the term "Treasure Hunters". I was expecting a question on usage of catalog numbers but they never asked. The comment that many Noble Spirit customers are not interested in organized philately was interesting (not suprising).

Great interview. As a former IT tech and (small) database manager I understand what your challenges are. And, somewhere, I have a photo of my young self standing up in the back of my dad's '53 Studebaker holding on to the cord hanging from the rear of the front seats!
