I was wondering if anyone collects these and if there are any online resources that catalog them in any way?

Also if you collect them how you mount/save/display them in albums or???

This is the only one I have and I see the C22 in the upper right corner and assume that means something?:

They are quite popular internationally.

US IRC's are catalogued in the Scott US Specialized Catalogue.

re: International Reply Coupons

Of interest. I requested one a couple of years ago at our local Post Office. They had them, but had no way of entering the transaction in their computer system.

That sounds typical for the USPS, 100 gallons of fuel and no fuel pump.

The sale of IRC's in the USPS was January 27, 2013. If they had old stock after that they should of been sent back.
