This 3 looks to
fancy to be a date type cancellation and I'm not aware of any other overprint for this stamp !
Also the cancel or overprint is oblong or stamped twice.
And ideas?
Appears to be 3. Period after the 3. Then not sure.

Getting warm . Has something to do with a shipping agent. But not sure about the 3.
Need a scan I know. Have my scanner but laptop is not with me.

Think I got it. It's a postal stamp used as a fiscal after 1913. I'm guessing charged 3.CENTS
1913-1926.
Very interesting. Any confirmation ??
