I received a number of heart shaped self adhesive semi postals in an Ivory Coast kiloware mix, and I'd like to report that these ones do seem to soak okay. They don't cleanly separate from the envelope paper, but you can peel it away, then very carefully and gently rub down to the SA layer, the again carefully and gently rub it and roll it off. The heart shaped stamp was duplicated in the mix, so I'm not sure if Ivory Coast issued any other self adhesives or how well they soak.
