Hi Folks,

Letting you know that our very own auctioneer and president David Teisler just posted a new article to our articles repository: The USS Texas. No surprise that it's a fine read, and yet another great SOR example of blending postal history research with the bigger picture. Starting with a post card from his collection that was sent to the USS Texas, David pulled together research and a number of interesting photos to help explore the history of the ship. Thanks David!

Best Regards,
Ralph

re: The USS Texas

Dear David, Ralph has said it all for me, and better than I could have. I'm not a history buff as are you, but even an accumulator like me could appreciate the scholarship and passion involved.
Thanks for the posting.
Dan C.
