I have this East Africa & Uganda stamp with "Virjie" overprint/cancel? anyone know about this Image Not Found

I would guess it is a revenue cancel.

It reminds me of the "CAVE" overprint found on Ceylon (Sri Lanka)Stamps that were printed by the CAVE Stationers of Columbo during the British rule..
