with a bit of help from Google translate i found out that the cancel "13 Pulk Piechoty" means 13th Infantry Regiment. The stamp somehow looks like it's homemade. It must be local, cinderella or plain bogus, in my opinion.
Can anybody offer the "story" behind this cover? Looks like a WWI era military post cover to me, but I do not have a reference that lists the stamp.
