Can anyone identify this stamp? I found one in Scott's that looked very much like it but the boxes in the corners with the letters were the wrong color...so now I'm lost....again!

I'd really appreciate any help you could provide.

It's a 3d rose stamp, either from 1865 if watermark large garter or from 1867 if watermark spray of rose.

It has an "Inland Section" postmark from a central London post office.
