Hello.can you helpme with this.I have a post marked 1936 king george, with scrolls unrolling where the kangaroo and emu normally stand.it is a penny stamp.I have only seen one other like it.a 5d blue.please help. I'm going. To post office tmrw to see what they know.
P.s. it is 3/4 the size pot the common king george. It has something written. Up top like tax duty I lost my mag glass so I dont know for sure.
Does anyone else have a link to any particular on-line Catalog ?

Stampworld is okay for identifying certain stamps, if it's listed. The Australian section is very incomplete; apart from that it has its usefulness.
It is free and it is a good start, anyone collecting Australia will love it. There is still some work to be done but immense amount is already there. A few glitches like font color, repeated info, missing die cut varieties, links, etc but no one is perfect! Take a look:
